We African countries have an operational environment that approach is closer similarities in terms of risks and the threats that we face. We have to see it as an opportunity to strengthen our comparison, and also to facilitate the exchange between our institutions. In our site we’ll do everything in order to have the space for anything that can happen. We have a lot to learn from Rwanda, and we also do believe that Rwanda has got a lot to learn from us. We didn’t have time for peace. We are a country that since its independence we are suffering from war. Therefore, we had some lessons to teach others that we can share with other countries including internal efforts for peace that we are building. In general, we would like to reiterate our thanks for this opportunity to visit this institution today. Thank you very much,” he said.

The Mozambican delegation was briefed on the strong and growing ties between the Republic of Mozambique and the Republic of Rwanda, particularly in the vital fields of defence cooperation, military education, and regional security collaboration.
