NATIONAL DEFENCE COLLEGE, INDIA VISITED THE RWANDA DEFENCE FORCE COMMAND AND STAFF COLLEGE
On 3 June 2026, Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College (RDFCSC) welcomed a delegation of faculty and student senior officers from National Defence College (NDC) from India. The delegation led by Brig Gen RAJNEESH Mohan, SM. On behalf of the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) of Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) and the College, the team was received by Brig Gen David Ngarambe BUKENYA.
In his speech he said:’’ the strength of this institution is built upon the rich diverse perspectives within our students’ body. India’s long and distinguished tradition of military education, strategic thoughts, and global peacekeeping offers invaluable lessons for our officers. We believe that greater interaction between our two Colleges whether through exchange programmes, joint research, or shared curricula would greatly continue to enrich our professional military education landscape. Your presence here today symbolises the immense potential for deeper academic and strategic cooperation between the NDC - India and the RDFCSC.”
Brig Gen RAJNEESH in his remarks after the tour, he expressed gratitude to the RDFCSC leadership for the warm reception, briefing and guided tour. He further emphasized the value of the experience, noting that several lessons were learned from RDFCSC.
