The delegation from Tanzania Peoples’ Defence Forces Command and Staff College (TPDFCSC) on a strategic study tour at Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College (RDFCSC) Nyakinama, on 20 February 2019

To enhance the student’s perceptive about security, and regional security issues, a delegation of 29 senior officers from the Tanzania Peoples’ Defence Forces Command and Staff College (TPDFCSC) conducted Study Tour in Rwanda as per existing good relations between the two countries. As it was part of a one-week study tour to Rwanda from 18 to 22 February 2019, the delegation led by the Chief Instructor (CI) at TPDFCSC, Col Paul MASINDE, visited Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College (RDFCSC) on 20 February 2019.

On arrival at the College, the Delegation was welcomed by the College commandant Maj Gen J B Kazura.

The Tanzania Delegation was briefed on the vision, mission and organization of the College.
