JUNIOR COMMAND AND STAFF COURSE 14 OPENING CEREMONIES
he general objective for JCSC is to develop selected officers’ ability to effectively perform command responsibilities at tactical level, and grade 3 staff duties at operational level, while providing them with the basis for further professional development.
The course produces critical and creative thinking officers who can adapt to the ever-changing operational environment, and who are motivated to continue learning and improving throughout their careers. JCSC runs for 18 Weeks (4 Months) divided into 2 Terms. The JCSC 14 commenced on 4 November 2019 and it will graduate on 20 March 2020.
