Command Post Exercise 2 (CPX 2) for JCSC 11 conducted from 21 September to 1 October 2018

From 21 September to 1 October 2018, Students of JCSC 11 conducted Command Post Exercise 2 (CPX2) nicknamed HOT BLOOD. The students were practiced on Operational Staff Work in a Command Post (CP) at Bde and Bn HQ levels. This exercise was divided into 3 phases: Planning and Preparation, issue of orders and Exercise play.

Team work and management of a time were crucial to achieving the Exercise Objectives.

The Commitment and Cooperation among all students brought them to the success of this Ex HOT BLOOD which was the last CPX for JCSC 11.


At the end of exercise, the students were able to demonstrate a working knowledge and practicing on the following: Conduct a Combat estimate and Plan, Write Operation Orders and its annexes, Issue Oral Orders, Set up and Organizing Command Posts, Give Briefs in the Command Post, Login and Transmit Messages through secured means, Preparation and Sending of Returns and Requirements and also Conduct a Press Conference.
