Rwanda defence Force Command and Staff College Observes Senegal’s 58th Independence Anniversary

In line with College tradition, Staff and students joined Senegal, in the celebration of her independence anniversary on 4 April 2018. On this day, the College organized refreshment for the entire College fraternity to commemorate the 58th anniversary of independence of Senegal. During the refreshment, the Senegal national anthem was played.

It was followed by solidarity message from Maj MM DIALLO, the student from Senegal

The College Commandant Maj Gen JB Kazura, congratulated the Senegalese senior officer currently at the College as student and delivered the solidarity message for the event.
