VISIT BY NATIONAL DEFENCE COLLEGE – KENYA ON FRIDAY 11 DECEMBER 2015

On Friday 11 December 2016, a 14 members delegation from the National Defence College (NDC) – Kenya led by the college Commandant, Lt Gen JN WAWERU, visited Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College (RDFCSC) to get a picture of how the RDF senior military learning institution is organized and managed.

The delegation was received by the Commandant RDFCSC, Maj Gen JB KAZURA after which a college overview briefing and tour was given by the college General Coordinator Lt Col I MUNYENGANGO.



The tour was followed by a tree planting ceremony by the head of the visiting delegation and the two Commandants thereafter exchanged gifts on behalf of their colleges.


At the end of the visit, Lt Gen WAWERU, the Commandant NDC Kenya, expressed his appreciation of RDFCSC achievements in various fields of training. He wrote in the visitors’ book that the delegation appreciated what RDFCSC is doing in educating officers at command and staff level and encouraged the college to keep up the good work.
