Deputy Commandant welcomed Lt Gen (Rtd) Balla KEITA
On 21st August 2023, Lt Gen (Rtd) Balla KEITA from Senegal visited Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College (RDFCSC) on a familiarization tour. He was received by the RDFCSC Deputy Commandant Col Jean Chrysostome NGENDAHIMANA, who briefed the visitor on the activities of the College. The General was later taken on a guided tour of the College facilities.
Lt Gen (Rtd) KEITA also briefed the students on the ongoing Senior Command and Staff Course 12 and encouraged them to take seriously everything about the course.
The visit concluded with the exchange of gifts, the signing of the visitors’ book, and finally the group photo.
