JUNIOR COMMAND AND STAFF COURSE COHORT 17 CONCLUDES
On 15 October 2021, thirty-three officers of the Rwanda Defence Force (RDF) and three officers from Rwanda National Police (RNP) of Cohort 17 successfully completed a Junior Command and Staff Course. The Course equips officers with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for the full range of junior command and staff appointments. It allows officers to step outside their professional specialisations and broaden their leadership and management skills at the tactical level.
The function was presided over by the College Commandant, Brig Gen Didas NDAHIRO. He also reminded the graduates that the knowledge gained should enable them to become better commanders and staff officers at tactical level and operational level. The Graduation Ceremony was also graced by Northern Province Governor, Mayor Musanze, RDF and Police Senior officers, religious leaders, as well as spouses, parents, friends, relatives of the graduates.
