International Systems: Actors and Functions November 2014
Dr. Eric Ndushabandi is a political scientist. He is also a Senior Lecturer and researcher at the University of Rwanda in the College of Arts and Social Sciences- Huye Campus. Proceeding from the “Concepts and Theories”, earlier discussed by Dr. Anita Kiamba as a foundation for the Module; he effectively took the SCSC03 through the “Actors and Functions’ within International System as a continuation of the module on International Relations in the post-graduate program in Security Studies.
Dr. Eric Ndushabandi is an Associate researcher at the Center for Conflict Management (CCM- University of Rwanda). And Associate researcher at the Political Science Research Centre (Centre de recherche en science politique-CRESPO) at the University Saint-Louis in Brussels.
He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Université Saint-Louis-Brussels in Louvain Academy (in Belgium) and A Master’s Degree in International Relations from Louvain Catholic University (Belgium). He holds a BA in Philosophy and another one in Theology.
