China Delegation Visits Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College (RDFCSC) Nyakinama on 1 June 2018
A delegation of six Officials from China led by Maj Gen Zhang YING LI, visited RDFCSC on 1 June 2018. The visit was part of the tour to Rwanda from 31 May to 4 June 2018.
On arrival at the College, the Delegation was welcomed by the College Commandant Maj Gen J B KAZURA.
The visiting delegation was briefed on the College Vision, Mission and its Organization.
