FACULTY MEMBERS AND STUDENTS FROM THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF DEFENCE STUDIES DELEGATION VISITED THE RWANDA DEFENCE FORCE COMMAND AND STAFF COLLEGE (RDFCSC)

Today, a delegation of 22 faculty and student officers from the Royal College of Defence Studies of the United Kingdom visited Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College (RDFCSC). Brig Gen A NYAMVUMBA, the Commandant of RDFCSC, welcomed the delegation to the College. The UK delegation was briefed on the college training activities, emphasizing the “Smart College” infrastructure development and progress. After the brief, the visitors toured key facilities of the college.
The delegation, on a study tour at the RDFCSC, was headed by Lt Gen (Rtd) Sir George Norton, the Commandant of the College.
In his remarks after the tour Lt Gen (Rtd) Sir George Norton, thanked the RDFCSC leadership for the warm reception and the brief as well as the guided tour. He further appreciated the tour, citing that number of lessons were learned from RDFCSC.
The visit concluded with the signing of the visitor’s book, the exchange of gifts, and finally the group photo.
