THE AFRICAN CONFERENCE OF COMMANDANTS TROIKA MEETING HELD ON 2 AUGUST 2016 AT THE GRAZIA APARTMENTS, KIGALI - RWANDA
The African Conference of Commandants TROIKA Meeting was held at GRAZIA Apartments in Kigali. The aim of the meeting was to prepare the forthcoming Annual African Conference of Commandants (ACoC) which is scheduled in early November 2016.
The meeting was opened officially by Maj Gen Jean Bosco Kazura, the Commandant of Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College and current Chairman of ACoC.
The chairman welcomed all the participants to Rwanda and to the meeting in particular.
Countries represented in the ACoC Troika Meeting were Botswana, Rwanda, Zambia and South Africa.
