The Junior Command and Staff Course (JCSC) 11 Study Tour to Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and Rwanda Revenue Authority (RAA) in Kigali City, on 14 September 2018

As continuation of the learning process in RDFCSC, the Students of JCSC 11/18 accompanied by their Directing Staff, conducted visits in various institutions and places of interest in a view to familiarize themselves with activities that take place in those institutions. The College considered this study tour as an important aspect of its curriculum. Consequently, the RDFCSC organized a visit to Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and Rwanda Revenue Authority (RAA) in Kigali City with the theme: “Socio-economic development as a pillar of National Security”.


The visiting delegation was briefed on the organization and functions of these institutions and the students obtained immense knowledge from this visit.

At the end of briefing, the students had a time for questions and answers where they benefited a lot from the briefing.

The visit was concluded with group photos and tokens of appreciation exchange.
