Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College observes Uganda’s 52nd Independence Anniversary

LtCol Alan K Kalani; students Major E Bagenda and Peter Oyo and this important day in their nation’s history when the Union flag was downed and replaced by the flag of the independent Republic of Uganda, today 52 years ago on 9 October 1962. He concluded his remarks by wishing them long lives and many more anniversaries as we consolidate regional independence and sovereignty.
