SRI LANKA DEFENCE SERVICE COMMAND AND STAFF COLLEGE VISIT RWANDA DEFENCE FORCE COMMAND AND STAFF COLLEGE
On 30 July 2026, A delegation from the Sri Lanka Defence Services Command and Staff College visited the Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College (RDFCSC) for a study tour.
The delegation, composed of 13 senior officers and faculty members and led by Group Capt. DMS Rangodage, was received by Brig. Gen. Jean Chrysostome Ngendahimana, Deputy Commandant and Chief Instructor (Dy Comdt & CI) of RDFCSC.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the College’s training activities, with particular emphasis on the development and progress of the “Smart College” digital infrastructure. Following the briefing, the visitors toured the College’s key facilities.
In his remarks after the tour, Group Capt. Rangodage expressed gratitude to the RDFCSC leadership for the warm reception, informative briefing, and guided tour. He highlighted the value of the experience, noting that several important lessons were learned from RDFCSC.
